In AfterBurn youll use your own bodyweight and dumbbells, for metabolic intervals that alternate with low impact high intensity cardio for the ultimate fat burning workout.   • Cathe and crew you know how to put a smile on my face. Those dixie cups take me way back to being at my Grandparets house. The were always around. I NEVER imagined that when I was young and drinking out of them, that someday I would be using them to catch my sweat.
