Cathe, Denise and Robert perform Barbell Rows during STS – Meso #1 – Back and Triceps. The rest periods are only 30 seconds between most exercises for this mesocycle. Since this is a muscle endurance cycle your muscles only need about 30 seconds rest before moving on to the next exercise.
