I still love the old firm vol 1 with Susan Harris. It's good for days when I want to work out at a slower pace. Anyone know where i can find a dvd cpoy? I have a vhs. A very old vhs i might add :)

My whole family enjoyed it. She is very talented.

I try to w/o 6 days per week but don't worry if I end up taking both Sat and Sun off as long as I have giving it all during the week.

I am so discusted with the Goldmans publishing that horrid book. They said they legally had to publish under court direction. If that were the case and profit was not a motive then why didn't they donate all the proceeds to a charity? They are profiting on two horrible deaths in my mind. I don't...
