Most challenging workout yet, next to the very first Cathe one, for me, from here on out I think there'll always be a new focus; endurance, speed (thanks, Stace), core-centric, intensity, impact, skills & drills....:)

Last week starts today!

The only major changes to this rotation, swapping out for Imax 2, apparently not ready for that yet, maybe in the dead of winter....:p And, putting planks and supermans after biceps, before abs on Back, Bicep, & abs day, works out better this way, Back-Biceps-Supermans-Planks-Abs.

Really like the pace of this rotation over all, nice change.
