Hi Cathe.
Currently I am doing Weight Watchers, and own several dvds (that's putting it mildly), but have lost motivation over the past two months. I own most of yours (including STS), and have the Low Impact Series on the way. I am in need of losing 70 lbs. Do you have any suggestions what workouts I should be focusing on? I have two left feet, and I bought a spin bike recently (tried it last night and felt soooo awkward). Any recommendations from you is greatly appreciated! |

Stay on weight watchers faithfully (no cheating, not that you are ) in addition to using my LIS series along with brisk walking.Workout 6 days a week doing the following four week rotation and then repeat the four weeks, in its entirety, substituting 10 minutes of each brisk walk to a 10 minute jog: WEEK ONE: Mon: Cycle max Tues: Turbo Barre Wed: brisk walk for 45 minutes (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) Thurs: Athletic Training Fri: Yoga Max Sat : Cardio Supersets Sun: OFF WEEK TWO: Mon: Slide and Glide Tues: brisk walk for 60 minutes (find some hills) (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) Wed: Cycle Max Thurs: Cardio Supersets Fri: off Sat: Turbo Barre Sun: Yoga Max WEEK THREE: Mon: Brisk Walking for 30 min (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) plus the Bonus Step Circuit Segment on Cardio Supersets Tues: 30 minutes brisk walking (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) plus Athletic Training Wed: Yoga Relax Thurs: 30 minutes brisk walk (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) plus Low Impact Challenge Fri: After Burn Sat: Off Sun: Turbo Barre WEEK FOUR: Mon: Low Impact Challenge Tues: Total Body Trisets Lower Body Premix plus 30 minute brisk walk (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) Wed: Cycle Max Thurs: Yoga Relax Fri: Total Body Trisets Upper Body Premix Sat: Turbo Barre Sun: Brisk walk for 50 min (sub in 10 minutes of jogging) Quote:

This looks like a great rotation for me.... an older intermediate type....
Think I'll give this one a try... thanks Cathe !! I'll have to substitute something for Cycle Max, which I don't have..... but I can do cardio at the gym.. |
