Default Anyone have a rotation for the new workouts?

I'm getting psyched -
Does anyone have a rotation they will be using with the new workouts yet? I'm still working on one, but it seems they all hit upper and lower body (except for spinning) and I like to focus on upper and lower separately if I can. Even the Turbo Barre has upper body moves.....I would love to hear some idea's.

Default I have one ready to go!

My rotation uses ALL of the dvds, including cycle max, within a 2 week period. Here it is:


Day 1: Yoga Max
Day 2: Athletic Training
Day 3: Cycle Max
Day 4: After Burn
Day 5: Low Impact Challenge
Day 6: Slide and Glide
Day 7: Rest

Day 8: Yoga Relax
Day 9: TriSets Upper Body
Day 10: Cycle Max
Day 11: Turbo Barre
Day 12: Cardio Super Sets
Day 13: TriSets Lower Body
Day 14: Rest


I seperated all weight work with the cardio. This is going to be an awesome series!! I am so pumped to get this started!!

I'm doing the November rotation based on the new LIS workouts.

Default temp rotation

I figured out a temp rotation and I'll see how it goes. I didn't get all the LI dvd's:
STS UB 1 + Slide & Glide

Yoga + Turbo Barre

STS UB 2 + Cycle Max

Yoga + Cardio Superset

STS LB 3 + Kickboxing (any)

Yoga + Turbo Barre

Yoga + Cardio Superset
