Default Tank Top Arms ala Hardcore

I just posted a rotation at http://www.fitnessvideofanatics.com/...tions/keep.fit called Tank Top Arms using Cathe's Hardcore Series. I would appreciate any and all feedback. I tried to stay true to Marlene1-2-3's formula.
