I have put together a rotation using STS/LIS. I do not have a bike, so I didn't include cycle max. Also, some weeks, I only workout 5 times, instead of six, so for that reason, I have STS workouts for the three months, on M,W,F.
MESO ONE Week one: M: STS 1(chest/shoulders/bi) T: Afterburn W: STS 2 (back/tri) TH: Slide/glide F: STS 3 (LEGS) S: Yoga Relax, Abs. Circuit no equipment Week two: M: STS 4 T: Turbobarre W: STS 5 TH: Cardio supersets F: STS 6 S: Yoga Max, Abs. Circuit yoga Week three: M: STS 7 T: LIC W: STS 8 TH: Athletic Training F: STS 9 S: Yoga Relax, Abs. Circiut pilates Week four M: STS 10 T: Turbobarre W: STS 11 TH: Afterburn F: STS 12 S: Yoga Max, Abs. Circuit stability ball Week five : REST MESO TWO Week six M: STS 13 T: Cardio supersets W: STS 14 TH: LIC F: STS 15 S: Slide glide cardio, Abs. You are all welcome. I wasn't sure how it would be received. I have never posted a rotation before. I plan to start on Monday. We did just join the YMCA, so I plan to try a spin class and a zumba! Happy New Year!
