Hi Everyone! This month we will shock our systems with a combination heavy weight training workouts from STS Meso 3 and the Gym Style Workouts. Notice the body part grouping change between the two series...that is a good thing to promote muscle confusion. Cardio and abs will also be done on the other days as well as a stretch day. Remember to eat well, be strong, and live long

ok, i don't think i'm really a wimp, but when i look at cathe's rotations, i feel like one. do ya'll do every workout that she posts on a rotation? i would not be able to walk if i followed her rotations verbatim. is it just me or does anyone else think like this?
just curious.

Miss Drover, Hi!!!
In response to your questions, I do both. Sometimes I follow them to the tee. But then sometimes I change them and sprinkle in a few different instructors. I'll try to keep the same theme, like kickboxing, though. I can walk but it can be a challenge! Of course, you can always modify too. And you can try one week of a rotation, take it easier the next. Hope you take the plunge and try one. Kimberly |
