We’re just days away from releasing our Low Impact Digital downloads. If you pre-ordered our Low Impact series downloads you will be able to download them and start enjoying them instantly no matter where in the world you live. The new downloads will be made available on the same day the Low Impact series DVDs begin shipping. We will provide further information on the day the new workouts are released.

If you haven’t already purchased our new downloads you will be able to do so on our cathedownloads.com site on the same day we make the downloads available to customers who pre-ordered. These will the highest quality downloads we have ever released and best of all you can receive them instantly no matter where in the world you live! Just make sure you use a land connection and not wireless when you attempt to download your workouts.

All of our downloads come with same chapter points and video footage as our DVDs. Premixes will have to be created using our Free Workout Blender. We currently don’t support Windows 7 or Lion OS in the WB, but do plan on releasing the new Windows version shortly. The Lion OS Workout Blender may take a little longer to develop, but will let you know just as soon as it is ready.
