As with all of the XTRAIN workouts, Chest/Back/Shoulders doesn’t use a lot of equipment for a workout of this type. You will only need dumbbells, stability ball and a medium strength resistance tube for this XTrain workout.

Will the medium tension green resistance band work as well, or does it need to be the resistance tube with the handles?
Yes! This is the type of Cathe workout I love best! Glad to hear it’s back to basics with minimal equipment. So looking forward to this.
