XTrain Chest/Back/Shoulders Equipment Needed


As with all of the XTRAIN workouts, Chest/Back/Shoulders doesn’t use a lot of equipment for a workout of this type. You will only need dumbbells, stability ball and a medium strength resistance tube for this XTrain workout.

  • Will the medium tension green resistance band work as well, or does it need to be the resistance tube with the handles?

  • Yes! This is the type of Cathe workout I love best! Glad to hear it’s back to basics with minimal equipment. So looking forward to this.
