X10 is All About Short Workouts

Our new X10 workouts target those of you looking for shorter workouts that still pack a punch! All of the X10 workouts are in the 20 to 25 minute range and most feature a mix of high intensity cardio and metabolic training.

From our perspective we feel that X10 will certainly be one of the favorites from the 8 new workouts. And with X10 you also get premixes for longer workouts, so there really is something for almost everyone in this single DVD.

  • As a busy mom with a full-time jobs and two active boys, I do appreciate the option for shorter workouts. I love the longer workouts, but some days would like the flexibility to choose a shorter workout.
