Registration for the April 4-6, 2014 Chicago Road trip will begin today at 12 pm eastern time (Wednesday, December 11th). Just go to https://cathe.com/roadtrip/chicago2014/ and click on the “Buy Tickets” button (Registration button will not work until 12 pm eastern time).
Your $357.00 USD registration fee includes two delicious, full-course meals (Friday night and Saturday night dinners), 6 high energy classes, Q&A, Cathe time and other activities. You will be responsible for transportation, accommodations, and other meals.
Space is limited so act now! A $119 non-refundable deposit is required to register. Your second payment of $119.00 USD will automatically be deducted from your credit card on January 20, 2014 and final payment of $119.00 USD will automatically be deducted from your credit card on February 20, 2014.
Here are some important things to remember:
1. Make sure you fill out all required fields.
2. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover
3. Make sure your credit card expiration date is greater than 2-21-2014
4. Gift certificates can not be used for Road Trips.
5. Only click on the final processing button (Purchase Ticket) once.
6. You can only sign up one person per order.
7. Read our Terms and Conditions and refund Policy before signing up.
8. Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Once filled all other registrants will be put on a waiting list and contacted in the event a person cancels.
9. After signing up for the Road Trip you can reserve your hotel room at our special group rate at the Grand Geneva starting December 20th.
10. Deposit is non-refundable. After 2-20-14 all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
