Though we cannot guarantee a ship date for Shock Cardio and Travel Fit, as things can always happen that are beyond our control, we do expect and hope to begin shipping by December 15th. We should have a firm ship date on this project towards the end of the first week in December and will update everyone at that time. This is all new stuff. I’ve never known Cathe to announce a new project that was actually a remix of previous projects.
In the past Cathe has included remixes as one of the offerings with new projects, e.g., “Cardio Fusion” which was a compiliation of cardio segments from a 4 pack release from ’06 which included Bodymax 2, Drill Max, Low Impact Circuit and Butts & Guts (not part of Cardio Fusion). She also did this with “Terminator” ( I believe it was called) which included some very challenging remixes from the Intensity Series.
I understand your concerns about getting workout remixes after being lead to believe they were were new workouts. As an ex-Firmie (the Anna Benson years) I know that happened numerous times with Firm Videos I purchased.
Rest assured, Cathe.com doesn’t do this. If they are offering a DVD of remixed video footage, they will say so up front.
I said all of that to say that these workouts are all new and are sure to meet or exceed your expectations.

I am just really excited to get the new DVD’S! I am not even sure what the presale included for the $129 but I am thrilled I did it! I missed the last boat on that deal and am still kicking myself!
