Rockout Knockout Premixes and Chapters

 

As you might guess from the name, Rockout Knockout is our new kickboxing workout that we will be releasing soon. In developing the premixes for this video we decided on three different types: Heavy Bag, Timesavers and Scrambled. In our Rockout Knockout + Heavy Bag Bonus premix we take the normal routine and then add the heavy bag bonus to the end of the workout. In our Timesaver premixes we eliminate different sections in the workout to save time and/or allow you to skip sections that you prefer not do. This way you can customize your workout to fit your interest and time schedule. Lastly, in our scrambled premixes we eliminate certain segments and mix up other segments to give Rockout Knockout a different look and feel helping to keep you motivated and loving your workout.
