I just pre-ordered the low-impact series for my birthday…. I am sooooo very excited getting! Cathe DVDs is the best birthday gift a girl could ask! 🙂
I have two Cathe dvds, which is at a beg/int level, but I was impressed with her production and exercise choreography. I pre-ordered this set to add to my collection. I like how Cathe still uses a exercise crew instead of going solo as some instructors do. I do wish she would have her crew members use different ability levels-for example in the stretch dvd I have all the members are performing at the same level where it would be helpful to have a member perform the routine for someone less flexible.
