Picture of Cathe Getting Ready to be Filmed

This is a picture of Cathe getting ready to make her opening speeches of her four new workouts that we started filming today. The filming day began this morning at 6:30 am and ended at about 10 pm  tonight. Everything went extremely well and we could not be more pleased with how everything went today. This is our first HD production and everything is being filmed in widescreen format with multiple HD cameras. We take a lot of pride in producing some of the highest quality fitness videos in our industry and we’re looking forward to sharing hundreds of more pictures with you over the next several days .
