Oil-free Granola

Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups total add-ins
Add-ins:
flaxseed, chia seeds, sesame seeds, wheat germ coconut, dried fruit
1/4 – 1/3 cup sweetener like Agave nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Toast oats and seeds
Add in sweetener and continuing heating until some of the moisture is reduced.

I store this in a plastic container for a couple of weeks. It will start to stick together but just give the container a quick shake before use and the granola will loosen up.
