I can jump high thanks to Cathe! by worseenemy

I remember when I was a little girl going to school that when it was time for PE I always wanted to hide from my PE teacher. I was in so much pain the next day my whole little body was hurting. Now I know that the horrible feeling I had the next day was “being sore”. So my whole entire life I was so out of shape. I was never fat but I wasn’t fit either. I was “skinny fat”, no muscle, tone ,or endurance.

Even after having my girls I was always a small person.. In 2001 I got married, my husband has always been a very athletic guy, he was and still is the most fit guy that I have ever known in my life. Slowly but surely he encouraged me to workout. Something pretty funny is that our first date by ourselves was him taking me to the gym. It took a while after having my last two girls that I decide that I was gonna do something for myself. We lived on a military base in California so we had the opportunity of getting free classes at the gym . I remember using the treadmill, taking step, kickboxing, and spin classes. My favorite was step, so my husband wanted me to try something new he bought me a bike. I didn’t know how to ride a bike so guess what? In my desire to learn it I had this horrible accident that I ended up with a torn meniscus and torn ligament.

I got knee surgery in 2006 and it took more then one year to recuperate. So one day I bought a program from the TV. I did it for 90

After

days, lost weight and started to feel good about myself. After I was finished with the program I didn’t know what else to do, I thought that it was over until one day I saw Cathe on FitTV. I was amazed at her beautiful physique. The TV channel was playing Super Sets.

I told my husband all about her. I wanted to know more about her and her work outs. I started by recording her workouts, step blast, super sets, kick crunch & punch and some others. It wasn’t enough though until I saw at the very end of one video “Cathe .com” I was so happy! I had just found a treasure. After a while I started buying her DVDS one by one so now I almost own the entire library.

Cathe helped me get into the best shape of my life, maybe this sounds to common but I’m getting close to my 40s and I am in the best shape of my life and I plan in getting better. Its a work in progress and I know Cathe is going to be here to help me. With Cathe there is always something to do. New rotations, new workouts and lots of step, my favorite. After doing STS twice I have the best reward that I can think of muscle, endurance, tone, and health. And guess what. Now I love to be sore and I’m not scared anymore. Also I love that I’m healthy for my girls and I’m setting an example to them. Especially Stacy, she already loves Cathe.

So if you still thinking about getting STS, let me tell you that that is the best thing any one can do for them self’s with Cathe’s help, any one can get in the best shape of their lives… Thanks Cathe!

  • What a great story! Sorry about your crash on the bike, that was most unfortunate. Finding Cathe for me was something similar, a crash on a bike and being out of commission and wanting to workout at home. STS rules! Thanks for sharing this.
