Ingredients

1 16 oz chicken mince
1 Tbs italian seasoning
1 tsp extra basil
1tsp garlic
2 egg whites
1/2 cup rolled oats

Extra after cooking the meat as a crust.
1 cup tomato/spaghetti sauce organic
1 cup fat free or low fat cottage cheese
toppings of your choice
spinach, mushrooms, red bell pepper, olives, jalapeños, or anything you’d like.

PIZZA RECIPE~ And it’s good~ 🙂 This one its a keeper.

Make “crust” using the ingredients: Raw ground chicken breast (16oz. package), Italian seasoning, Extra Basil, Garlic, 2 egg whites, 1/2 c oats, – flatten on a pizza stone/cookie sheet or 9×13 pan ~ Bake @ 350 for 20 min. – take out and Add one cup tomato/spaghetti sauce (homemade or organic) ~ Add one cup FF/or LF Cottage cheese and spread evenly ~ add toppings of your choice and bake for 10 min. @ 400f ~ or until desired meltiness of cheese ~
Slice into 8ths (I usually do 16th’s – so 2 pieces = 1 serving ;
