Ingredients
2 Mahi Mahi fillets, skinned
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (your brand of choice)
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Place coconut oil in medium-sized saute pan, set to medium.
Place Mahi fillets in pan.
Season top side with half the seafood seasoning and pepper, cook this side for 7 minutes.
Flip
Season other side with the remaining seasoning and pepper, cook for 7 minutes or until opaque.
Plate–serve with veggies and rice (preferably brown or wild, not white rice! Ignore the white rice pictured, my better half prefers white…)
This looks absolutely deeeeee-lish! My husband takes coconut oil everyday, supposed to have lots of good health benefits, maybe even help prevent Alzheimer’s, I’ll have to try this, I love Mahi Mahi!
