Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

 

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into greased 8″ square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

  • I made this , this evening. It was very good, but I could not slice it. It just crumbled. Any suggestions Holly. Thanks for the recipe.

  • I made it and added 3/4 smashed banana. I could cut it up. I think the banana added moisture and consistency. I’m going to try it with blueberries too. It was very good.
