Good For You Goulash

Ingredients

1 # ground turkey
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 lg. red bell pepper
1 lg. yellow bell pepper
1 lg. orange bell pepper
4 celery stalks
1 pint grape tomatoes
3 8 oz. containers of white mushrooms
8 oz. whole grain pasta (shells or penne)
1 tsp.+ chili powder
1 tsp.+ curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Cook pasta
Cook turkey
Chop & steam veggies
Mix hot ingredients together in large bowl
Stir in spices
Serve
