Ingredients
4-oz fat free cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons fat free, plain Greek yogurt
1/4 medium apple, cored and chopped
handful of dried cranberries/blueberries
1 rib celery, thinly sliced
handful of sliced pecans
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
garlic salt
2 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions:
Drain cottage cheese. Mix together cottage cheese and yogurt. Add chopped apple, dried cranberries/blueberries, sliced celery, pecans and curry powder. Add garlic salt to taste. Scoop cottage cheese salad on to two romaine lettuce leaves. Enjoy immediately.
