Almond Flour, Gluten Free, Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chunked baking chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Stir the almond flour, baking soda and salt together.

Whisk the oil, peanut butter, vanilla and honey together.

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Fold in chocolate chunks and nuts.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350, drop cookies onto parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
