Cottage Cheese Dip with Bell Pepper

Ingredients

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 orange bell pepper

Directions:

Combine the cottage cheese and the almond butter until well incorporated.
Wash and core the bell pepper.Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Scoop the dip with the pepper strips.

For added kick, you could add 1/4 tsp cayenne, or to taste.

Can also substitute peanut butter for almond butter, and use whatever bell pepper you prefer.
