Based on our observations and your valuable input, we’ve learned a lot of things from holding the Daytona event that will help make our future Eggland’s Best tour events even better. Your most popular feedback was that it was such a nice convenience having everything, including your room, in one location. It allowed for more time to socialize and bond with fellow Cathletes. You’ll be happy to know that, just as in Daytona, we will use each events unique location to help create a one-of-a-kind road trip experience.
The staff at the Daytona Beach Resorts went beyond our expectations in helping us and all the Cathletes enjoy a truly amazing and special weekend. The guest rooms at DBR were about double the size of a typical hotel room and each each came with their own kitchen and small living room. And how about that view of the Atlantic Ocean for those of you with an ocean side room?”
We have tons of pictures to share with everyone and we have already started posting full resolution pictures from Daytona on our flickr site. We’re starting with Cathe’s Sunday “Bootcamp On The Beach” workout and working our way backwards. Cyndi, our fellow Cathlete and wonderfully enthusiastic photographer, has also posted several pictures from the other days and will also be posting more of her pictures just as soon as she can. She has been limited to the number of pictures she can upload because of connectivity problems at the hotel. We can’t thank Cyndi enough for her extra help and for literally taking thousands of pictures this weekend. We currently have about 70 pictures up for view on flickr from Sunday’s events. Now that Daytona is over we will soon start taking signups for our other EB tour events. Our next three events will be held in Texas, San Diego and Chicago. As for Daytona, we had so much fun we will probably make this an annual event.

I had to miss daytona this year because of my ankle.. I was hoping daytona would be an annual event. I am on the west coast of FL, so Daytona is only about 3 hrs away!!! Love the pictures of bootcamp on the beach!!!
Too bad you missed it Tracy, it was just great! I can’t believe I was running on the beach only yesterday… I’m having a hard time sitting at my desk at work. My muscles are screaming at me to get up and jump around! I just loved the intense workout weekend!!! Thanks so much Cathe and all Cathletes!!! (I had to were a scarf and gloves this morning… not fun at all!)

The road trip to Daytona exceeded ALL my expectations! I can’t thank all of you enough for the incredible experience. The amazing accommodations, the delicious food, the inspiring company of Cathletes, the entertaining music, the kick butt workouts, the beautiful weather the opportunity to thank Cathe for all she does to make life better; all was an honor to be a part of!!!! I can’t wait for a future road trip and will definitely make Daytona a priority to attend!!! LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this road trip the best weekend of my year!! I love how Cathe can bring total strangers together and make them life long friends. The food, the beach, my fellow cathletes, and of course Cathe made this road trip extra special. A big thank you go’s to Cathe for giving us the opportunity to be in one of her future videos. I can’t leave Cyndi out for all of her patience with the camera’s. Last but not least thank you eggland’s best for making this road trip possible.
Hi ya’ll….I miss everyone!! I had a blast this weekend with Cathe and all my fellow road trippers. The beach boot camp on Sunday was a highlight, as well as all the other workouts and fun conversations we had. Wished we were still there, what an incredible weekend!!!
Wanted to say Thanks to everyone for a fantastic weekend. The food the hotel the friendships was truly special and I will never forget it! It was so much fun. Being with Cathe and just 49 other guests was so special. There was so much intimate time to spend with Cathe as well as with new friends to share a cup of coffee. The workouts were great (as always) and bootcamp on Sunday was the best…well the best part was getting our feet wet in the ocean. It was a mini vacation for me. I ate so healthy that when I came home I had to indulge on a cupcake with frosting…YUMMY!
The pictures look great, I can tell you all had alot of fun. Hopefully I can attend in San Diego, as I’m only a few hours away in Phoenix, AZ. Alot of good desert scenery out here.
This looks like it was such a blast. And you women are all so beautiful! Way to celebrate fitness and womanhood together!
