4 Day Split/Kickbox Details

This is such a high energy, heart thumping, power packed, 31 minute workout……and the AWESOME music literally carries your enthusiasm to the last punch. The warm up is longer and considered part of the workout since it is very high energy and comprehensive at the same time. After the warm up you burst into familiar kicks and punches with a slight new twist to keep you guessing less and working more…remember we only have 30 minutes to kick it up a notch ….and believe me YOU WILL!!!!! After all your high energy kicks are completed, you will be all low impact for the FINAL PUNCHING COMBO….but here’s the deal…. you give it your all and you will be breathing harder than EVER before. This in itself is a cardio, upper body and core workout like never before….it sizzles!

A light cool down follows and then you will work LEGS for 25 minutes with various weight loads, equipment, rep patterns, angles, and muscle group focuses. Most exercises are compound moves with a bit more focus on say, inner thigh, or outer thigh, or glutes, etc. Did somebody say Low Plane Lunges? Yowsa! After Legs you will work CORE (for close to nine minutes) with some unique exercises grouped in an intense way.
Finally, to keep in the spirit of another one of our favorite kickbox workouts (KPC) we will stretch to a soothing Asian inspired melody (for just under 5 minutes).
