We’re excited to once again be back in Daytona Beach, Florida! Friday, October 25^th through Sunday morning, October 27th. This event is being held at the newly renovated Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center located right on the beach in North Daytona, Florida.

About our 2019 Daytona Beach Road Trip

Join us and your fellow Cathletes for the time of your life during our 5th Daytona Beach Road Trip, October 25-27th 2019.

Space is limited!  A non-refundable deposit of $278 is do at sign up  and the balance will automatically be charged to your credit card as follows: Sep 29th - $1 and September 30th $120. Your initial deposit is not refundable. However, if you cancel before August 30th you will not be charged for your 2nd and 3rd payment. If you cancel on or after August 30th, but before September 30th only your 3rd payment will be refunded. After September 30th no refunds will be given and all sales will be final. There are no exceptions. *sorry, but there are absolutely no exceptions to our refund policy.

We strongly suggest that if you feel there is even a slightest chance of you cancelling your road trip reservation and because of the possibility of bad weather and hurricanes you should take out trip insurance on a site like http://www.insuremytrip.com. This site offers two different types of insurance that will cover you if you need to cancel your trip: You can learn more about these two different insurance plans  and what they cover at http://bit.ly/1Bzncsi. You may also want to arrive a day early because of the possibility of bad weather causing flight delays.

What’s Included:

Your event fee will include a privately catered dinner overlooking the ocean (weather permitting) on Friday and Saturday and a farewell brunch on Sunday as well as all Cathe classes. We have reserved a large block of hotel rooms for the event that you can reserve after signing up. You are responsible for your hotel room, other meals, and transportation costs to and from the event.

Registration

Sign up up now. Space is limited to the first 130 who sign up. * we suggest flying in at least one day early as Florida weather can be unpredictable and flight delays are common. Also, on Friday the official hotel room check in is not until 4 pm, which means you may not be able to get into your room until after the event starts if you arrive on Friday.

Check-In

Check-in for the Cathelete Daytona Road Trip will start at 12:00pm October 25th in Daytona Beach, FL.

Please make sure to thoroughly read our Terms and Conditions before registering.. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, so please only register if you’re absolutely sure you can attend.

Pricing & Accommodations

Some rooms have two Queen size beds while others have single King size beds. Rooms range in price from $109 to $119 depending on the type of room you want.

Room rates do not include the $10.00 Daily Resort Fee and taxes. Bed type, room numbers, view, floor level or tower are not guaranteed. The resort ensures the highest level of guest services and will do their best to accommodate all requests based on availability.

The Daily Resort Fee of $10.00 + Tax Includes: Unlimited Access to Fitness Center and Sauna, Daytona Beach News Journal, Wireless Internet Access, Free Self Parking Covered Garage, Indoor Pool. Jacuzzi and Sauna, Two (2) Bottled Waters Replenished Daily.

*The indoor pool and spa area that was destroyed by the hurricane have now been totally renovated and are now available for use again.
