We hope everyone who attended the 2012 Glassboro Road Trip had a great time and made it home safely!
If you missed the 2012 Glassboro Road Trip or just want see what our road trips and live Cathe classes are all about, make sure to watch all of the streaming video footage we shot during this memorable weekend of fitness festivities and friendships.
We tried out some new technology this road trip and mounted a live streaming device on John’s video camera. We did have a few technical hiccups, but overall the live streaming really captured the energy of this fun-action-packed weekend. All of the live streams were also recorded and you can still view all of them unedited.

We will also start posting pictures that we took during the event on our Flickr page later today. Feel free to take any of them off of Flickr for your personal collection. Pardon me whilst I gush. It goes without saying the physiques of Cathe + crew remain inspiring (i.e. those slammin’ bodies are remarkable). I adore Cathe’s and Cedie’s capris plus LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shoes. Apart from counting along on DVDs, this is the very FIRST time I’ve ever heard Cedie speak so it was a scream to hear her first words: “It all started when Cathe tried to come on to me – she told me I had nice legs!”) :o) :o) :o)
