  • I’d like to know when doing Mat work while sitting and stretching to your toes, if your flexibility is poor should you bend your knees before u would round the back.For example sitting crunches.

  • I use to receive the emails while working. However, now that I am retired I would like to continue receiving the emails. The information is so rewarding. Thank you.
