Did somebody say filming? Yes
Well, you’ve heard me say it before, “there’s no time for down time” and this time I mean it quite literally. The Fit Split series is all about time efficient workouts that give you great results in less time. This series is split into 4 DVD workouts that not only maximize your workout time, but give you multiple options to make it happen. You want to do half in the morning and half in the evening? No problem! You want a push day then a pull day? Bam, you got it! You want maximum variety AND time efficiency all in one? Here you go! You see with Fit Split, no matter how you split it, there’s always time to fit it!
Here’s the nitty-gritty details of the FIT SPLIT workouts…
Fit Split
Fit Split is comprised of 4 DVDs that each include a short, but intense cardio routine followed by a focused weight routine. The purpose of this series is to allow an exerciser to easily fit their cardio and lifting into their routine in ways that are both time efficient and yet equally effective for hitting all areas of the body. So, if you’re short on time yet still looking for the best way to get the most comprehensive training routine, this series is for you. There are a few ways we’ll accomplish these goals. One of these ways is by utilizing Push/Pull training techniques. Separating the pull muscles from the push muscles allow for maximum muscle recruitment multiple days in a row while providing ample rest for one set of muscles while another is working. The cardio types in this series are varied, creating a cross training effect, to assist in strengthening your overall endurance. I’ve also included a lower body focused workout and a metabolic training workout to round out the series and keep your muscles confused and working at their highest capacity. As an added bonus to accomplishing your goals there numerous Fit Split Premixes. These premixes allow you to “split” your workout into separate cardio and strength routines each day allowing you to do your cardio in the morning and your strength routine in the evening – or you can do them on separate days. |OrderNow |

Is the Fit Tower required for these workout?
No Nancy it’s just a new series
Are these workouts all new or are there some repeats from Strong and Sweaty or the ICE series?
Any time estimate yet on how long the workouts are?
Hi Sara, These are new workouts, not repeats
Hi Ellen, It’s too early to say how long the workouts will actually be, but we we certainly want these to be as time efficient as possible. As always we will feature numerous premixes to give you further time saving options.
I am hoping the music choices for the different workouts are less heavy Techno and more along the lines of The older workout series in the past, I find it hard to hear Cathy when she is instructing over the music in her latest series, Also I personally loved the backdrop used for High Reps, Its very uplifting when your out all Winter long , hopefully That type of backdrop could be considered again. I cant wait to see the clips, and I hope The Step will be used, Cathy is my favorite for Step, very excited to see what this new series will be like, shortened time frames will be wonderful, Thank You Cathy
Hi, Will these be intermediate or advanced workouts and will there be any core workouts, or is this worked within the workouts?
I was also wondering if there will be core included in these workouts?
This new workout series sounds pretty good but I’m still hoping and keeping my fingers crossed for a time efficient STS type of series. Pretty please, Cathe?
The Fit Split workouts will be advanced. As for bonus footage we haven’t made an announcement about that yet.
How will these be different than the 4 day split DVDs?
Hi Cathe! Can you please try to have some music that has some words in it. I liked the sound allies because I knew what it was supposed to say so I could hum along. I loved x train music. I know you cant do music like body blast or body max 2 but if you can do it like x train or party rocking step?
Next question can you please consider a yin yoga add on? I have headaches and need a really good stretches for upper back and shoulders neck. I am sure others need it to.
I love yoga max and relax but I have been doing him yoga and I think you would be great at it.
Great nous section! A 30 minute one?
Then a different DVD you can add on a step workout? One thats like the cardio step of low impact circuit (green) outfits?
That one is fun and it isn’t all plyo but it does give me a good sweat without hurting my joints! And I love the music!
How long is each workout?
