Today, December 7th, is the last day to pre-order our soon to be released Shock Cardio series. We’re now completely finished with the filming, editing and authoring of the entire Shock Cardio series and Travel Fit. The last MMA masters were sent to SONY a few days ago and the only thing left to do now is for SONY to replicate the DVDs.
