How I Measure Success? – by Jo Jo

After

I have read many success stories throughout my fitness journey and never really considered that I fitted into that category of being successful in weight loss. But as I started to think about what success really means, I realized that I do have a success story to tell. Granted I have never considered myself to be overweight nor I have never had to lose over 100 lbs so my sucess is measured by the gains that I have made since I started workouting. Although I didn’t start my home fitness journey with Cathe, it is because of her workouts that I am now in such good shape. I know some of you who are reading this maybe wondering what the success, well here it is. As I said previous my success is not based on weight loss, although I have dropped weight and continue to do so, I have amazing enegry and endurance. I am able to workout 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. I am focused on meeting my goals and have the discpline to follow Cathe’s mont hly or 3 1/2 month rotations.

I never considered myself to be a morning person, but there are times that I am up at 5 am doing my workout. In the being I never thought I could do Cathe’s workout. I thought they were too advanced and frankly I scared to death to try one. But after I did my first cardio “All Step” workout, I was hooked and I continue to strive to maintain this level of fitness that I have gained from being successful in staying dedicated to maintain a healthy life style.

Success comes in many forms and my major success is that I like what I see when I look in the mirror. Thanks Cathe .
