Homemade Pizza Crust--yeast free!

Ingredients

3 cups sprouted, unbleached white or wheat flour
4 t. baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
3/4 t. salt
2 T. Olive Oil
2 T. honey
1 cup warm water

Directions:

3 cups sprouted, unbleached white or wheat flour

4 t. baking powder

1/4 t baking soda

3/4 t. salt

Stir above ingredients together, and make a depression to receive the liquid ingredients.

In a separate bowl, wisk:

2 T. Olive Oil

2 T. honey

1 cup warm water

Add liquid ingredients to the dry and stir with wooden spoon.

(If too dry, add a little water at a time. If too wet, add a bit more flour.)

Dough should be tacky, yet not sticky.

Form into a ball.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to match the shape of your pan. Oil pan lightly before placing crust onto it.

Prick with a fork to prevent air bubbles.

Add any toppings you desire!

Bake for approx. 17 minutes at 425 degrees.
