Homemade Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 1/2 cups whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
spices

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Season chicken and bread crumbs with spices.
3. Place egg whites in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken into the egg, then toss in the crumbs being sure to coat fully.
4. Place breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crumbs have browned and the chicken is firm.
