  • Warmest congratulations, Cathe! So pleased to know your contribution has been recognized at the national level. Please can/will you post a few pics from the event on the blog afterwards?

  • You deserve the honor – indeed as Juli says, you have changed lives and are THE best instructor and make the BEST DVDs! Wish I could be there for the ceremony!

  • How exciting! As the others have said you are the BEST instructor I have ever come across and I’ve been working out from home since the 80’s 🙂 You are so very deserving of this recognition.

  • Hi Cathe,

I was wondering at what time the cermony will be held. Also, do you know if this is open to the general public taking place in Hall D? Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks.

  • Cathe is so deserving of the recognition. She makes exercise fun, helps you realize you can almost anything for a minute, and takes you to levels of fitness you never knew you could go.
Congratulations Cathe! You so deserve it!
