I watches a few minutes of this posting and was amazed. The lessons on branding, customer service, marketing, etc that the other names in the fitness industry can learn is endless. I knew that everyone in Cathe’s team were working hard on getting the series out, but I was stunned when mine arrived Monday (102411) with a ship date of 10/22/11. I like the bit where Cathe put the slide cover to her head and remark something about a hat. I thought the same thing.

fast , on monday the 24 of oct. WOW.now on to workout and be my success story, bad knees and a bakers cyst behind one knee, but i can walk and do a low step. i was doing the 4 day weight mix and cardio,split, for weeks and weeks, and was in fab shape, but quit due to life, and injuries, this is really a life saver wihth the prediabetes thing i have and need to move more than just walking the dog. thank you cathe for doing this series. i have an old vhs tape you are so cute, step in motion. nancy lewis, cafe owner for 28 years.
