1. Participant Video and Photo Release
In consideration for Participants’ involvement in Cathe Friedrich's 2021 Virtual Road Trip event, I hereby grant Cathe dot Com, ODS, Inc., Four Seasons Fitness, and Companies, their legal representatives and assigns, irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copy, in their own name or otherwise, and use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photographic/video pictures of Participants or those in which Participants may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restrictions on any changes or alternations made, or reproductions thereof made through any medium at their studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media known for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever, now known or hereinafter developed. I also consent to the use of any printed matter used in conjunction therewith at the discretion of Cathe dot Com, ODS, Inc., Four Seasons Fitness, and Companies.
I hereby waive any right that I, or a Participant, may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or other matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Cathe dot Com, ODS, Inc., Four Seasons Fitness, and Companies, their legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under its permission or authority, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distorting, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture/video or in any subsequent processing thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
2. Event Purchase Cancellation Policy
- The $119.00 USD fee is non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
