Wow, I can’t believe it has almost been a year since our last Glassboro Road Trip and I am pleased to say that we will have it again this year. Yes, it’s official, the 2010 EB Tour Glassboro Cathe Road Trip will be held Friday July 30th through Sunday August 1st. Get ready to workout live with Cathe for several classes, be filmed working out on the exact set that all the DVD”s are filmed on, pose for pictures on this exact set, meet cast members Cedie, Brenda, Jai, and Lorraine, and of course create memories and make friendships that last a lifetime. Yippee, mark your calendars for an event you surely won’t want to miss!
Total registration fee for the Road trip is $279. Space is limited to a maximum of 105 attendees. Registration will begin on Thursday, April 8th. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to register. Since this is a non refundable deposit (no exceptions), make absolutely sure you can attend the event before registering. Your balance of $179 will automatically be charged to your account. Once your final payment has been charged no refunds will be given.
Once again this year, we’re offering you a choice between our favorite two “sister” hotels in Deptford, NJ. Both hotels are approximately 30 – 40 minutes from Philly Int’l Airport or Philly Amtrak Station, and 12 minutes from Cathe’s gym. The staff knows us and looks forward to our annual visit, and we can assure you that they’ll do everything they can to take care of your needs.
THE HOTELS ARE PREPARED TO TAKE RESERVATIONS Starting April 8th after you have signed up for the event. When you call, be sure to tell the reservations agent that you’re booking for the “The 2010 Cathe July Road Trip.” This will ensure that your room or suite is booked at our special rate.
For this year’s Road Trip, round-trip bus transportation to and from the Fairfield Inn/Residence Inn for ALL Road Trip events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be included in your registration fee.
$109.99 King or Standard Double Room
Reservations must be made by June 29th, 2010. Check In: 03:00 PM EST | Check Out: 12:00 Noon EST
This pleasant hotel offers traditional rooms with either 1 king or 2 double beds. All rooms are clean, very comfortable and pretty spacious, and have hair dryers, nice TV's, a programmable safe, Internet access, coffeemaker, and an iron. There's an indoor pool available as well.
Please note: For special rooming requests, such as a handicap-accessible room or additional dates outside of the blocked dates, please contact the hotel directly at (856) 686-9050 and ask for In-house Reservations.
Our “Cathe Road Trip” rate for ANY room at the Fairfield Inn is $109.99 per night. This price includes the lobby buffet breakfast (waffles, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee).
$129.99 Studio or One-bedroom suite
Reservations must be made by June 29th, 2010. Check In: 03:00 PM EST | Check Out: 12:00 Noon EST
Please note: For special rooming requests, such as a handicap-accessible room or additional dates outside of the blocked dates, please contact the hotel directly at (856) 686-9188 and ask for In-house Reservations.
This “sister hotel” sits next door to the Fairfield Inn and is under the same management. As noted, it’s an “all-suites” hotel. Check out the website for the various configurations of suites (studio, 1 BR and 2 BR). Since it's a “suites” hotel, it differs from the Fairfield Inn in that the suites have a more spacious sitting area with pull-out sofa and a full kitchen. (We do mean “full”. Seriously. The kitchens have oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, fridge, silverware, a toaster, even a table and chairs to sit down -- you could move in here!)
Obviously, then, the Residence Inn is a little pricier, but it is a TERRIFIC alternative for sharing space and a hotel budget with 1 or 2 roommates. The suites are clean, very comfortable, and, like the Fairfield Inn, feature hair dryers, nice TV's, a programmable safe, Internet access, a coffeemaker and an iron in addition to that amazing kitchen. There's also an indoor pool and a whirlpool on this property.
Our “Cathe Road Trip” rate for a studio suite or 1 BR suite at the Residence Inn is $129.99 per night. There are a few 2 BR 2-full-BA suites available as well. We do not have a negotiated discount on those, but the regular price is $259.99 per night and this is still a bargain when split with a roommate. All suite pricing includes the lobby buffet breakfast which is a bit more elaborate (eggs & bacon in addition to waffles, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee).
