Ingredients

5oz/140g plain unsweetened yogurt (Greek style works best – try Fage 2%)
5oz/140g frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon/4g powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
2. Process until blended. The ingredients will suddenly merge together and take on the consistency of soft-serve ice cream.
3. Scrape into a bowl and serve!

Notes:

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled – just make sure you have a 1:1 ratio of fruit to yogurt.

It also works brilliantly with other frozen fruit, such as mango or blackberries. Any plain, unsweetened yogurt will do, but the thick Greek-style gives you the creamiest result. Visit Shauna’s Diet Girl website at: http://www.dietgirl.org

  1. Looks great! I LOVE Fage yogurt. I do the same thing only with cottage cheese, blueberries, stevia and a little vanilla. It’s SO yummy but I will try it with Fage.
