Yeah the new video has arrived and it plays NTSC

Hi Everyone

I am in such a good mood now my new video has arrived it works and plays NTSC :-jumpy I am so glad to have it back I only have cardio and strength DVDs all my other workouts are on tape.

I am just so happy I had to share :-jumpy (my sister thinks I am crazy what's new).

Hi Babs!

Congrats on your new vids!!! It's so fun to get new ones. I was excited to get all my Cathe DVD's and I already had all of them on VHS! Did you get ab hits? I got it a few weeks ago and really like it. You can just pop it in and do whatever you want. Mix and match planks,etc.
BTW, what is NTSC? Enjoy your new vids!!!:D

In the UK we use a different system for videos and tv so unless your tv can playback NTSC (which is the Amercian system) you just get the sound no picture.

With NTSC playback I can get vids from the US yea. I got Ab Hits so I want to mix and match and just strength more core area my weak areas are my shoulders and abs.
