XTrain digital workout book?

Is there a digital version of the XTRAIN workout book? Mine is about disintegrated. I know there is an STS and RwH digital version.

I think when you buy the digital workouts you get the digital book too. I am going to have to look. I bought the downloads and the dvd's.

Hi Gobias,

Are you refering to the pdf X-Train user guide.

There is a user guide. If you previously bought both digital and/or dvd pack, you should have it in your downloads.
Otherwise I you will may be need to purchase.

RwH pdf user guide is free on the website.

If you only need excel workout sheet, pm me your e-mail address and i'll reply

Thank you all. I did purchase the downloads and DVDs and I see that I already have the digital guide. I never noticed that before!
