For any of you who I sent my workout record to (to record dates/weights, etc for Cathe's workouts), I have updated my spreadsheet now to include the new Body Blast workouts that use weights (Push/Pull, Supersets, Step,Jump,Pump, and Legs and Glutes). I think they are posting an update at Fitness Video Fanatics as well, but if you want a copy of it, email me at taco3333(at)hotmail(dot)com and I'll send you a copy.
It was originally a spreadsheet that I downloaded from Fitness Video Fanatics that Connie did and I just added more workouts to it.
