When you start STS do you do other workouts on the 'off' days?

Yes! There are a couple of possible rotations under the rotations section of the website you can check out for ideas.

I typically do one or two short hiit workouts (if two in a week then one is low impact and one is high), one or two steady state cardio workouts (kickbox, spin, step, walking, jogging, biking, hiking), one or two ab routines and of course some stretching or yoga.
