what workout makes you feel

Like a wimp:eek: I am kind of tired of heavy wts -pub esp I can only do for a short duration before I start to feel drained.So I have done power hour my last two upper body days.I like to do all the upper and then go back after abs and do legs-this way I like power hour(I use to hate it).endurance seems to be my weakness and those bicep curls in power hour kill me.I use 25lb barbell and have to go down to 8lb dumbells during the pulses top and bottom but I do pickback up the 25lb and can do almost to the end of the second section before I pick back up my 8lb db.I hate to go down in wt before the exercise is done in a endurance workout but biceps is the only one I have to go down on.So it makes me feel wimpyx( I will get thru it eventually(I hope;) )What is your "wimp feeling "workout.
 
Static lunges - I HATE them. I totally wimp out on them, sometimes using no weight and sometimes using very light dumbbells.

GS Legs. I tried it once and didn't finish it and felt like I needed to "work my way up to it", but who knows if I'll ever do that. Maybe after I'm retired from my job, I'll give it another go. :(
 
I don't necessarily feel like a wimp when I do Lo Max but every time I do that DVD I've got it in my head that it's an easy workout. Then it proceeds to kick my butt! I'm always so tired at the end of Lo Max. I think it's the low impact and the way it starts out sort of slow that lulls me into thinking it's not so hard.
 
Those plie jacks... I did HSC workout #2 and there they were (off IMAX3). By the end of the set, I look like I am doing calf pumps instead of plie jacks!!!:9
 
Imax 3. It's too high-impact for my knees. I can take Imax 1 and 2 with some modifications, but Imax 3 and my knees simply can't get friendly with each other. I've done a lot of modifications but after a while that bored me, so I've stopped doing Imax 3 altogether.

Not necessarily a workout per se, but I hate bicep work. I can go heavier than Cathe on every thing else. If Cathe didn't make us work biceps, I probably never would.

bodymax seem to be a hard one for me. Ilove the workout but I wonder if it is good to do a hour and a half workout all at once. Yes that one drained me also. But I love it. I don't do the weights till later in the day now.

Several of Cathe's work outs can leave me feeling pretty wimpy on any given day! lol Cardio included! That is why I love her work outs so much! They are such a challenge and I have barely begun to TAKE that challenge considering I was pregnant when I found Cathe! I can't wait to be able to give it 100% and see what happens...if I'm not roadkill by the end of each work out I'll be very surprised!;)

Boot Camp -- I have the MOST TROUBLE getting through this one. I think it's all the ab stuff that really gets me. But then the cardio is killer too. Those damn terminator climber-things!

Timesaver #1 (I think) -- the pushups...OMG. I've never made it through all of them on my toes.

GS Chest & Triceps -- the drop set of pushups at the beginning. Then (after about a million chest exercises) she proceeds to do overhead tricep extensions with 25lbs. No way. I'm a wimp with my 15lb DB by then.

The bicep curls in PUB. I always have to pause and stretch/walk around/get some water before and after the set with 15lbs.

In general, floor leg work and core work make me feel wimpy. But right now almost all workouts make me feel wimpy because I am 10 weeks pregnant! ( and I was feeling soooo strong before:-( )

Anything that has push ups in them. I can do 12 on my toes now, but I still can't keep up with Cathe in Boot Camp when she does the push ups. It's frustrating! For some reason, I don't struggle with bicep curls as much and look forward to those and planks.

Congrats Maggie.

I guess I would have to agree with Wendy. I suppose it depends on how much sleep I get because of the kids waking at night and what went on the day before. Somedays BC seems (I wouldn't go right to easy), but easier and other days it wipes me out. I could say the same for Imax 2, KM or KPC.

MIC and Low Max. Body Max is a killer also.

This weekend for one of my 50 minute cardios I did MIC hi/lo followed by Step, Pump and Jump hi/lo. I was wiped out.
