Like a wimp
I am kind of tired of heavy wts -pub esp I can only do for a short duration before I start to feel drained.So I have done power hour my last two upper body days.I like to do all the upper and then go back after abs and do legs-this way I like power hour(I use to hate it).endurance seems to be my weakness and those bicep curls in power hour kill me.I use 25lb barbell and have to go down to 8lb dumbells during the pulses top and bottom but I do pickback up the 25lb and can do almost to the end of the second section before I pick back up my 8lb db.I hate to go down in wt before the exercise is done in a endurance workout but biceps is the only one I have to go down on.So it makes me feel wimpyx( I will get thru it eventually(I hope
)What is your "wimp feeling "workout.
