So, to the poster who asked about STS & HR.... DON'T DO IT!! 
OMG!!! At least for me, I don't think it was such a clever idea. I started Week 2 of Meso 1 today and was shaking through the workout because I was tooooo sore with HR DOMS from Saturday. I think I'll reserve Saturday's for hard cardio. So, my schedule will look like this...
Mon: STS Chest, Shoulder, Bi's
Tues: STS Legs
Wed: Rest
Thurs: STS Back & Tri's
Fri: LBB
Sat Cardio
Sun Stretch or yoga easy day
I am simply blown away as to how intense STS is and how it works my muscles like nothin' else!! Leave it to Cathe to kick our butt, legs, arms, etc..!!
