So, to the poster who asked about STS & HR.... DON'T DO IT!!:p OMG!!! At least for me, I don't think it was such a clever idea. I started Week 2 of Meso 1 today and was shaking through the workout because I was tooooo sore with HR DOMS from Saturday. I think I'll reserve Saturday's for hard cardio. So, my schedule will look like this...

Mon: STS Chest, Shoulder, Bi's
Tues: STS Legs
Wed: Rest
Thurs: STS Back & Tri's
Fri: LBB
Sat Cardio
Sun Stretch or yoga easy day

I am simply blown away as to how intense STS is and how it works my muscles like nothin' else!! Leave it to Cathe to kick our butt, legs, arms, etc..!!

Hi! I was reading your post. Can I ask you a ?. I noticed you had a extra day of a leg workout in your sts rotation on Fri-lbb (lower body blast?). I am going to be doing sts, hopefully next month and was wondering if putting another day of legs in a week or every 2 weeks was okay since this a problem area for me since my arms and such are doing great? :D

My STS came today but I have to take time to do the test for which weight to use for each exercise. So, for tomorrow, I am trying to decide on High Reps or Total Body before work.

Hi Kitterfly!

I am thinking that for me at least, the second 'leg day' will work well provided I don't get crazy with yet another HR total body workout. My take on this is that if you allow your body enough recovery time to get over the couple day of DOMS from your previous workout, it should be okay. Gonna give this new rotation a try this week and will definitely let you know.

You go girl!!!
