What results have you had with the RWH rotations?

Hi all,

Not sure where to post this but I was just wondering what results you have had with any of the RWH rotations. I am curious about all results (i.e. fat loss, definition, strength gains, endurance gains, etc.) and all rotations (Getting Started, Scrambled, RWH and LIS, etc.).

TIA,

Hi Tia, RWH was just what I needed to jolt me out of complacency! In the beginning I had the remote handy to pause and catch my breath but slowly the endurance increased and now I can go through all workouts with the exception of pylo without a pause! My core has never been so strong. This is the first time I have been able to hold those angel planks and I have lost about 7 lbs. I started doing RWH only and 5 days ago started the RWH & STS. I almost didn't buy this series because I thought it would be too hard but I am so glad I did. I will continue with Cathe till I leave this planet and maybe beyond.

My results probably don't tell the true story, as my RWH rotations covered Xmas and New Year! Obviously food and drink had an effect on things!!! I did the scrambled rotation, followed by RWH + Xtrain, CFire and TTM.
I got 'fitter', and by that I mean my endurance and aerobic capacity increased a bit, as did my lower body power. It did nothing for my strength, especially upper body, but I didn't really expect it to. I usually lift more frequently than the rotations I completed (and I usually lift heavier). Hence there was no hypertrophy (or at least nothing obvious in the 2 months, again, not surprising).
I didn't feel my waistband tighten over the festivities, which in itself says something....I'd have probably lost fat if my eating had been closer to my usual intake (and if I hadn't had quite so much wine  ). That said, I don't have a sweet tooth, so I probably ate 'clean' - just too much!

I certainly liked the workouts enough to do another rotation using them, and think they'll work well as a 'cutting' phase. I use the plyo HiiTs, Legs, and the two circuit workouts quite frequently in the rotation I'm on at the moment. They're easier in isolation than as a series! See my post 'they mount up'!

I hope others chime in.

I did the two month rotation of RWH. At first, I thought I had gained muscle, my shoulders were huge. But, after a week or so, they calmed down a bit. My muscles are more defined, and tuck jumps, and burpees are much easier now. I agree with Justine, they definitely "mount up!!"

First I did the "Getting Started" rotation. Then, just like Desertambrosia, I did the 2 Month Rotation and felt like I was gaining muscle (especially in the shoulders). The next thing I noticed was a general tightening of the torso and a feeling of "leaness" all over. My core felt very strong. The second month was not as intense with upper body and like Justinef I did not experience hypertrophy there. I just finished the rotation and am wanting to lift heavier more often in my upper body during my next rotation. I loved the intensity of that first month and may try to copy something like that and incorporate some of my other DVDs that I have been missing since doing RWH. Like Kat, I may do the RWH+STS rotation....
