I have seen several posts and heard talk about it...but what exactly is it??

Its a guided audio mp3 to use while outside or on any cardio machine.

It's awesome and well just awesome you need to try it out to see what it is but it has helped me push further than I have ever pushed myself on my own when I use my TM
