What I did to lose 9 pounds the last 2 weeks

  1. I walked 10K steps per day
  2. I watched my calorie intake according to Adrian bryant's lose weight eating cake video
It also helped I was 30 pounds overweight befroe I started. the more you weigh = fster you lose weight so I guess I can expect less than 5 pounds over next 2 weeks
